Whether Tootsie is playing in the backyard, or we are going for a walk and want to be visible, the Nite Ize NiteHowl Safety Necklace is a go to for us.
Once you get the necklace (all of Tootsie’s collars are called necklaces so I love this name), you fit it around your dog and then clip the excess material. It’s easy to fit, easy to wear, and provides great visibility.

- This collar has been a favorite for year. Last year I upgraded to the rechargeable and I love that feature.
